Women's Bundle Up Tour, Bluezette

I went shopping with Amelia for fabric to make the Bluezette dress by Love Notions. I'm still wondering how I got convinced by a 4-year-old to go with such a colorful print, but the more I look at it the more I feel like I should be on vacation.

Bluezette is one of the 11 PDF patterns  featured in the Bundle Up. A couple of days ago a I showed you the Pier 7 top by Terra's Treasures and Clémence by Filles a Maman. Today its Bluezette, one of the 11 PDF patterns featured in the Bundle Up.

There are so many options to this pattern, but I went with sleeveless maxi dress. This dress is a quick sew and super comfortable.

I still do some running around after the girls and I don't feel like I have to watch my every move to make sure I'm not flashing the other parents at the park or I can dress it up with some pretty accessories and got out for the evening.  I love how practicle this dress is for me. The neckline is just perfect. I decided to finish it off using a twin needle.

Here are some more details about the Buezette pattern:

  • Sizes range from ladies  XS- XXXL. There are also girls' sizes available in the Love Notions pattern shop.
  • No trim pages for quick assembling of the pattern tiles
  • Layered printing, print out only the sizes you need/want
  • 3/8" seam allowances included
  • Drawings and photos included in the step-by-step tutorial
  • Charts with fabric requirements
  • Designed for knit fabrics
  • Endless options, tulip skirt, maxi, knee length skirt, hi-lo hem, 2 sleeve options, or sleeveless

So here you have it, another reason to Bundle Up...go check out the other stops on the tou for even more inspiration.

Until next time, xx.
