March is already underway and since the beginning of the month I've been hidden away in the snow and mountains at my aunt's. Taking a short break from sliding and and shoveling snow to show you Eller a PDF pattern by Blaverry.
This little peplum top designed for knit fabrics is the perfect quick sew to add some fun to an end of winter wardrobe.
As usual Blaverry offers such a great size range (size 2T - 16 years), layered printing and easy to follow instructions.
JubeJube agrees, she needs more of these in her wardrobe to get her through to the warmer weather.
Until next time, xx.

Block Party
I've driven past this location so many times while up in the Laurentians at my aunt's. This would be the time I stopped and took photos of JubeJube. I got JubeJube dressed up in her Block Party peplum by Mandy K Designs and a pair of cropped jeans, and off we went to explore the park.
Take time to shop Mandy K Designs' pattern shop, get 25% off your order with the code "BLOCKPARTY25" at checkout.
This little house in the park with its yellow doors was the perfect setting.
This pattern features a fun detail at the neckline with color blocking a the front.
Button closures at the back.
This place was magic with so many places to explore, and obviously JubeJube loves her new peplum top with all the twirling and posing she was doing as she walked down all the different paths.
As with any PDF pattern from Mandy K Designs everything went together nicely no surprises and always clear insturctions.
Until next time, xx.

Finn by Blaverry
A couple of weeks ago I posted (here) about the appliqué featured in the No.7 issue of One Thimble. Well some have asked what pattern I used to make the top. Finn by Blaverry was the perfect canvas for this pattern, it came out exactly as I expected.
Until next time, xx
JubeJube loves this top to be able to wear it with leggings...comfort and style all in one. Amelia is begging for a top in this style too now. She adores the the girliness of the gathered peplum.
I went with a short sleeve option for the weather this time of year. I do love that the long sleeve option and 3/4 length sleeve are offered in the pattern.
Here are some of the patter details:
- Sizes range from 2T - 16 years
- layered printing so you just print out the sizes you need/want
- Tech drawings included with the step-by-step instrcutions
- designed for knit fabrics
- different sleeve options available
- 3/8" seam allowances included
- all charts for fabric requirements and body measurements are in metric and imperial
Take a look at the rest of the collection Christie has created for Blaverry...all just so unique...I just want to sew all of them up.
So far I have been able to show you Star, Hayden, Clara, Baylen and Ansley...What's next? Maybe Koko & Ollie or maybe Maddox?...Oh decision!
Until next time, xx

Cordelia Sweetheart Peplum by My Little Plumcake
For the cooler fall days I layered it with a long sleeve-tee because this one is sleeveless. I just love the detail of the sweetheart, the collar and the key hole in the back where it buttons up.
This top is so adorable paired with leggings or skinny jeans.
And look how cute it looks with the Sophie Jacket also by My Little Plumcake.
Just one pattern from My Little Plumcake and I promise you'll be hooked, like me!
