My Little Plumcake Sew Along Break Down & Prize Pack

Getting really excited for next week to be able to sew along with you! I'm getting some fun things ready for you! Read to the end to find out about the prize pack. You can still get your pattern at 25% of the regular price in My Little Plumcake's Etsy shop (until the end of the month).

This is how I'll be breaking down the week. I estimated about an hour every day towards this project and by Friday we should be all done.

So Day 1 would be the day you choose your options and select the size you need, make sure you measure your model and choose according to the chart and not what she wears in stores. This is also the day you make sure you have everything you need like elastic, piping, threads, buttons, snaps for the crotch for the smaller sizes, fabric washed and pressed, and your pattern printed up, taped and ready to go.

Day 2 is for cutting. Take your time to make sure your cutting the right size and you have all your pieces.

We'll start Day 3 by putting everything for the bodice together.

Day 4 will be all about the bottom part of the romper. Stitching the pockets together and to the shorts, then finishing off the shorts and also for the smaller sizes if desired, snap crotch for easy diaper changes.

Finally, Day 5 when you'll see everything come together! The bodice will the attached to the shorts and all hand sewing and finishing touches will be added.

So that's not all...Once you're done you'll be able to add the photo of the romper you made using My Little Plumcake's Piper Summer Romper pattern to a photo album in My Little Plumcakes Facebook Group (make sure you're a group member, just ask to be added now with this link) for a chance to win 2 free patterns from MLP and also a set of 4 fat quaters!

Get ready, the sew along start May 12th! Oh and BTW, if you have questions or concerns, post them as a comment or you can just message me directly at sproutingjubejube (at) hotmail (dot) com.

Until next time, xx.
